Anxiety Attacks: 9D Arcturian Council

Anxiety is just a word for something moving through you that your body is bringing awareness to.
Anxiety is usually a sign that you’re ignoring, suppressing or trying to avoid a particular lesson and when these lessons are ignored, the body at some point is going to give you very strong signals that it can no longer hold what you are trying to suppress or avoid.

The body is always only ever trying to heal or resolve anything that is in a state of discord or stress. The body is simply trying to reset itself or help you and benefit you in either resolving an issue or keeping you alive.

So, it is all about survival and/or trying to benefit you. That is all the body is every trying to do.

And because the sensations of the body can feel overwhelming, it can be very uncomfortable or scary when these sensations arise. However, if we try to change the perspective from my body is trying to help me and my body is not betraying me, my body is not abandoning me and it’s not trying to scare me… it is trying to awaken me… It is trying to be of help to me and trying to communicate with me and it’s doing its job chemically to release tension from the body so that you can survive or it is trying to create energy for you so that you can now remove yourself from a dangerous situation.

The problem here is that we as humans are now so accustomed to a stress response state and most of the time, the body is not actually responding to a dangerous situation but rather it is responding to the millions of small moments that have accumulated within you that then create the sensation of a “dangerous moment.”

The body does not know that these accumulations are not truly a threat to your survival and so the adrenaline and cortisol created chemically, builds up within you until finally the body trie to save you by creating an energy sensation, a rush of sensation that is trying to awaken you to finally exit you or remove you from this dangerous situation.

And this of course, creates uncomfortable physical sensations especially when there is not actually a physical threat in front of you. And so, to you it makes no sense… why am I feeling like this, where is this coming from? I’m just siting in my car and all of sudden I have this wave of anxiety.

This is an accumulation of stress that your body has been confused about because your mind is taking on stressors and your mind knows the that you are not necessarily in danger, not life or death situation, but rather everyday stressors.

And the body keeps taking these stressors on, keeps taking them on, keeps taking them on… and it’s confused as to why are you not demonstrating more of a need to resolve this situation or to act on this dangerous moment… so there is a miscommunication here between your actions of suppression and the body releasing chemicals that tell it that it’s in a dangerous moment.

Eventually, that confusion will lead to the physical sensations of anxiety finally needing to be release in a manner that might be overwhelming… because the body is trying to communicate… hey hey hey , you haven’t been doing anything about this in these dangerous situations and now it’s so built up - we NEED you to know that you are in danger! Get yourself out of this! So, in reality, there is no life or death situation, but the body feels that it IS in such a situation.

Our advice here is to let your body know the tyou are safe in these moments of heightened anxiety. Soothe yourself in ways that you can in the moment. Allow it to move through you but communicate with the body. And let it know “I am safe and I know that I have been ignoring these stress response moments that have accumulated within me and I want you to know that you do not need to be confused.'“

“I am not in danger and I will do a better job at listening to these stressors that are causing a chemical reaction of stress response and I will do a better job at listening to my body in those moments and in telling you that although I feel a stress response, you are safe and you are not in danger.”.

That way, it does not accumulate and your body can then feel informed and not confused.

Our advice here is to begin to listen to the moments when you begin to feel stress, communicate with your body, and yourself and let yourself know that you re safe and not in danger and of course, begin to eliminate things in your life that make you feel that you are not safe or cause you stress.

And or find daily practices that allow you to aclknowldedge, communicate and release these stressors from your body.
